HOW TO USE:

Step 1. SOAK YOUR SKIN – Shower or bath with warm water for at least 10-15 minutes. Do not apply soap or shower gel as the fabric relies on friction to remove dead skin.

Step 2. PREPARE THE GLOVE – Wet the glove and squeeze out the excess water from the glove.

Step 3. EXFOLIATE – Step away from the water, and exfoliate upwards and downwards with firm strokes using your palm until your dead skin cells roll away. Once you are finished rinse off your body and glove.

merchandise postmarked within 14 days of receipt of shipment for store
credit ONLY.

Please re-package the unworn, unwashed, tags-attached merchandise and send it back to us at the following address:

The customer is responsible for return shipping. Eloise is not
responsible for lost packages, so if you don't trust the postal
service, insure it & track it!

Returns & exchanges will not be accepted after the 14 day
period.  Shipping charges are non-refundable. Once the merchandise has
been received, a store credit, in the form of an online code, will be
issued within 7 business days via email (email address used during
purchase).

However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. 

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

You MUST wrap the item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item. Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it.

Items purchased that are on sale or items that are purchased during a sale are FINAL SALE.

Other items that are Final Sale include all accessories (such as hair accessories, socks, jewelry, bags, sunglasses etc), leggings, bodysuits, swimwear and athletic wear. 

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. 

We do not offer exchanges. We recommend re-purchasing the correct size and using your store credit for a future order after your return is processed.
