However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

You MUST wrap the item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item. Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it.
Items purchased that are on sale or items that are purchased during a sale are FINAL SALE.
ALL SEASONAL/HOLIDAY ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE
Other items that are Final Sale include all accessories (such as hair accessories, socks, jewelry, bags, sunglasses etc), leggings, bodysuits, swimwear and athletic wear.
Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.
We do not offer exchanges. We recommend re-purchasing the correct size and using your store credit for a future order after your return is processed.
