This hat is sweet, a little romantic, and so very lovely. The Lovestruck Rope Hat has a dusty mauve crown with a scattered cream spot print. “So Very Lovely” is stitched across the front in blush pink 3D puff embroidery, outlined in hot pink, with a heart in place of the O. A speckled hot pink rope runs across the front for a vintage golf-hat feel, and a black button on top adds a sharp finish.

The patchwork brim mixes black-and-cream polka dots, pink and red roses, and mauve dots, all outlined with raised black piped stitching. One side has three embroidered hearts, and “enjoy the little things” arcs across the back in pink script. It has a structured high crown, a curved brim, and an adjustable snapback for an easy fit. Wear it with a cozy cream sweater and jeans for weekend coffee dates, pair it with a pink cardigan for Galentine’s brunch, or wear it with leggings for errands. merchandise postmarked within 14 days of receipt of shipment for store
credit ONLY.

The customer is responsible for return shipping. Eloise is not
responsible for lost packages, so if you don't trust the postal
service, insure it & track it!

Returns & exchanges will not be accepted after the 14 day
period.  Shipping charges are non-refundable. Once the merchandise has
been received, a store credit, in the form of an online code, will be
issued within 7 business days via email (email address used during
purchase). 

NO RETURNS on sale items, purses, accessories, jewelry, intimates, hats or gift cards.  these items are final sale.

Unacceptable returns will be returned to customers at their own expense.

However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. 

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

You MUST wrap the item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item. Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it.

Items purchased that are on sale or items that are purchased during a sale are FINAL SALE.

Other items that are Final Sale include all accessories (such as hair accessories, socks, jewelry, bags, sunglasses etc), leggings, bodysuits, swimwear and athletic wear. 

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. 

We do not offer exchanges. We recommend re-purchasing the correct size and using your store credit for a future order after your return is processed.
