This sweatshirt looks simple from the front and has a fun surprise on the back. The Fresh Tracks Sweatshirt is a soft, slightly textured knit in a dreamy icy baby blue with a washed, lived-in feel. It’s cozy, easy to wear, and goes with all your favorite denim.

On the back, “SKI” is spelled out in big white woven appliqué letters. The raw, frayed edges and visible stitching give it a vintage, handmade look. The relaxed, slightly cropped fit has dropped shoulders and full balloon sleeves that gather into ribbed cuffs, and a ribbed hem hits right at the waist. The clean front keeps it easy to style. merchandise postmarked within 14 days of receipt of shipment for store
credit ONLY.

The customer is responsible for return shipping. Eloise is not
responsible for lost packages, so if you don't trust the postal
service, insure it & track it!

Returns & exchanges will not be accepted after the 14 day
period.  Shipping charges are non-refundable. Once the merchandise has
been received, a store credit, in the form of an online code, will be
issued within 7 business days via email (email address used during
purchase). 

NO RETURNS on sale items, purses, accessories, jewelry, intimates, hats or gift cards.  these items are final sale.

However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. 

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

You MUST wrap the item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item. Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it.

Items purchased that are on sale or items that are purchased during a sale are FINAL SALE. 

ALL SEASONAL/HOLIDAY ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE

Other items that are Final Sale include all accessories (such as hair accessories, socks, jewelry, bags, sunglasses etc), leggings, bodysuits, swimwear and athletic wear. 

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. 

We do not offer exchanges. We recommend re-purchasing the correct size and using your store credit for a future order after your return is processed.
