but if you need to return an item, please review our return policy below:
- Eligibility: Items can be returned for store credit within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Condition: All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
- Exclusions: Sale items and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Process: To initiate a return, please visit our store or email us at thecasualstop25@gmail.com with your receipt or order confirmation. Our team will assist you with the return process.
- Store Credit: Store credit will be issued by crediting your store account which can be used for future purchases.
- Return Shipping: A pre-paid return label will be generated by our team and emailed to you. Once we receive your return, the cost of the return label ($9.99) will be deducted from your total return store credit amount. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
