Eloise Boutique accepts returns of new, unwashed, unworn, tags-attached
merchandise postmarked within 14 days of receipt of shipment for store
credit.

Please re-package the unworn, unwashed, tags-attached merchandise and send it back to us at the following address:

The customer is responsible for return shipping. Eloise is not
responsible for lost packages, so if you don't trust the postal
service, insure it & track it!

Returns & exchanges will not be accepted after the 14 day
period. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Once the merchandise has
been received, a store credit, in the form of an online code, will be
issued within 7 business days via email (email address used during
purchase).

NO RETURNS on sale items, purses, accessories, jewelry, intimates, hats or gift cards. these items are final sale.

Unacceptable returns will be returned to customers at their own expense.

Eligibility: Items can be returned for store credit within 14 days of the purchase date.
Condition: All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
Exclusions: Sale items and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.
Process: To initiate a return, please visit our store or email us at thecasualstop25@gmail.com with your receipt or order confirmation. Our team will assist you with the return process.
Store Credit: Store credit will be issued by crediting your store account which can be used for future purchases.
Return Shipping: A pre-paid return label will be generated by our team and emailed to you. Once we receive your return, the cost of the return label ($9.99) will be deducted from your total return store credit amount. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
